  I have always had top notch service with everyone in this office. I feel blessed to have such a great group of professionals to work with. I too have encountered an awesome experience with both Michael Diaz and Josh! Customer Focused and very friendly. Always going above and beyond the call of duty! Always looking for ways to ensure I have the best services to suit my needs! The Kimbrough Office is the best Allstate Office ever!

  When I speak with the customer service representative Anne Smith, I feel like every time I call I'm bothering her. Whether I'm calling to ask a question or to make changes on my policy, I expect to be treated with at least equal respect or with some kind of dignity. I recently made a change on my policy (removed a vehicle) and wasn't told that the price would increase until I received a paper bill. I did not understand why the price doubled when I removed a vehicle, so of course I had questions. This is when Anne's discourtesy really bothered me. She made me feel like I was dull-witted and insignificant and told me that she has other clients to tend to. 23 years of loyalty and I can't get an ounce of respect.
